Alamo Counseling is a group private practice with exceptionally kind and skilled clinicians dedicated to helping our clients feel more empowered. Our therapists listen with empathy and curiosity, helping to change patterns that aren't working while guiding positive change. We provide evidence-based therapy and wellness solutions for an array of concerns, supporting the path towards more peace of mind.
Our services are now being offered in-person Monday through Saturday, while telehealth sessions will remain an available option to those who prefer the comfort and convenience.
Meet the Owner
I first became fascinated by psychology as a tween, from a treasured encyclopedia set that the bookworm in me turned to often. Philanthropy and volunteer work in high school and college further shaped this path. I was captivated by the complexities of human behavior and how emotions impact interactions. With an innate ability to recognize subtle patterns and systemic influences, I knew early on that behavioral health and helping people was my purpose.
