NARDINE AZAB, M.S., LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #51418
I am experienced in treating a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, relational difficulties and unhealthy life patterns. I've been in the mental health field for 17 years, working with clients in a collaborative manner to foster sustainable change. I offer a warm, compassionate and safe space for you to gain insight and develop effective strategies. I help our clients make meaningful, authentic, and mindful choices that leave them feeling empowered.
Prior to joining Alamo Counseling, I worked in a variety of settings including public agencies, schools, private practice, and the Intensive Outpatient Program at Kaiser Permanente.
My focus is on creating a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can have a positive therapeutic experience. I tailor my work based on individual needs and desired goals. I also take into account each individual's pace and tolerance for change. My goals are to help you gain insight and develop effective strategies for managing current difficulties. I believe that reaching for help, while often uncomfortable, can be the most courageous step one can take.
I welcome Arabic-speaking clients as well as those from a Middle-Eastern background. My in-person office hours are on Fridays where I primarily see adult women and men for individual therapy.
